Nasrin is a very dedicated karate instructor who placed first in The Hall of Fame of America in 2001.
Recognized as one of the first women to to become an international instructor, referee, and judge in Iran as head coach for Iran’s National Karate Team. Nasrin brings experience as a recognized International Instructor, and coach of a National Karate Team. She was the president of the Martial Arts for women in Tehran, Iran. Also established karate for women in Iran after the revolution.
Currently she is a EIGHT degree black belt and is a certified international instructor, referee, judge, body fitness instructor and health.
Through her own experience and the changes she has seen in her students, Nasrin believes that karate helps teach patience, modesty, and respect for everyone. It is a sport that consists of cardiovascular endurance, strength training, and flexibility exercises that benefit the whole body, mind, and spirit. Helps gain skills in concentration, focus, and control that can be applied to every area of one’s life. Having a lot of experience with students, multiple students of Nasrin Varshochi placed first in international competitions in Asia and Europe.
Nasrin is a motivational instructor for students at any level of experience and every age. Everyone with a desire to learn is welcome to attend!
